Finding Our Classrooms

We are located on the lower level of The Shops at Palm Desert Mall (address: 72840 CA-111, Palm Desert, CA 92260) in the College of the Desert's Partnership and Community Education (COD/PaCE) classrooms.

Parking: You can park “in back” -- the north parking lot near PurFit Gym. See below for more information on parking.

From the north parking lot, you can enter through the Loading Dock #2 doors next to PurFit Gym. A College of the Desert sign hangs above these doors.

Once you step through the door, turn immediately sharp left. You’ll see a hallway (with a College of the Desert sign above) leading to the classrooms.

To get to classrooms from inside the mall, find Victoria’s Secret and go behind it (around the escalator) to find the hallway (with a COD sign above) leading to the classrooms.

Can I park on the second level?
Yes. Take the escalator down to the first floor. The LIR classrooms are below the food court on the first floor. At the bottom of the escalator, make a sharp U turn to the right and walk down the corridor to the COD reception area. Enter, turn right and proceed to the LIR classrooms. There is also an elevator next to the former location of Sears.

Is there a shuttle from the parking lot to the COD entrance?
There’s no shuttle. You can be dropped off at Loading Dock #2 next to PurFit Gym on the “back” (north) side of the mall.
